It’s interesting how one can lose track of the spending or the quantities when “going” shopping on-line.
As this was probably going to be my last trip to the states before we set off to Brazil, I offered to bring back any items which my team members would have delivered to my apartment in Miami. I should have limited them (us) to size and quantities.
The shopping spree started a couple of months back and packages have been trickling into the receiving department in my building. Little did we imagine that this would make me the most famous person in the building. Out of 400 units in the Waverly (name of the building) unit number 2513 is the number inscribed into every staff members brains. When I walked through the doors of receiving I was greeted by “oh, you are 2513… let me introduce you to your private section”. Then as I came back from a run the next morning the security guard welcomed me by “Mr. Gotfried, have you been to receiving yet?”. Later as I came down the cleaning crew pointed fingers and said “2513,… ha ha ha”.

Now the question is how the hell will I get all that into the 2 allowed bags to be checked in and 1 carry on luggage.
Is it fair to charge team members for shipping?

I really don’t understand what you are whining about. Take it all on the plane with you. Put the nutrition stuff in your handbag, the clothing in your laptop bag, the accessories in a duty free bag, the tires around your neck and tie the zip wheels to your back. Can you stop on the way to the airport at the Sport’s Authority, Ilai and the girls would love new bikes. thanks
I see my wheels!!!
Wheels wheels wheels!!
I see them!
In a box! they are there!!
I will put them on my bike and go fast!
Zooooooooooooooooooom
